Below, we answer our customers' top three FAQs regarding delivery estimates.
When you order a commercial or cluster mailbox, we process the order with the manufacturer within one business day. Once processed, the order usually ships in the time frame listed on the product page. Since Cluster Mailboxes are large items, they ship via freight carriers. As such, these transit times will usually take 5 to 7 business days.
A few things to note about purchasing a cluster mailbox or similar large, commercial-grade product:
If you order multiple products, you may be purchasing products from different manufacturers. If this is the case, your products will ship to you separately from each manufacturer.
For example, if you purchase a set of wedge anchor bolts with a cluster mailbox, your CBU will ship from Florence or Salsbury's warehouse in about 5-7 business days. Still, your anchor bolts will ship separately from another warehouse in about 1 to 3 business days.
Depending on the carrier and your location, transit times will vary. You can estimate delivery times using your carrier tracking number. Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your carrier (FedEx, UPS, YRC, etc.) and tracking number.

Crafted from solid brass, each mailbox component is hand cut and spot welded for careful assembly. The door snaps shut tight with a magnetic catch to ensure utmost mail storage security. The mailbox features a natural brass finish that requires no maintenance.

Design
The Westchester Post Mount Mailbox can be mounted onto a post, or atop a pilaster or column. Every mailbox purchase comes with mounting hardware. The door features a solid brass or stainless steel continuous hinge and magnetic catch to allow the door to snap shut tightly.
Materials and Finish
All Streetscape mailboxes are intricately made from heavy gauge solid brass sheet and bar stock. The Westchester mailbox offers unique colors in banded segments. The finish has varying degrees of hues - red, brown, pink and yellow. The natural brass finish is designed to darken and dull with age, resulting to an even more classic appeal.
Options
Customized brass numbers are available to be spot welded to the Streetscapes mailbox of your choice. These numbers are crafted from the same heavy gauge solid brass as the mailboxes and feature the same natural brass finish. Each mailbox can accommodate up to five numbers (welded to the door). Enter your street numbers in the personalization box and order the numbers during the check out process.
